I called in to check a used vehicle and my call was very professionally handled by Nicholas. I planned to see the car the next day but it was sold unfortunately. Nicholas had enough courtesy to call me beforehand so that I wouldn't make the trip. That same courtesy was not offered to me another dealer from whom I didnt receive a call and made a trip for nothing, despite me having told them very clearly that I was coming to seal the deal on a car I had been looking at for 2 weeks.
